AI detection is probabilistic, not definitive. Our tool provides an estimate based on patterns, but it can produce false positives (identifying human text as AI) and false negatives. This tool should never be used as the sole basis for academic disciplinary actions, employment decisions, or punitive measures.

While we strive for high accuracy (99.98% in internal testing), no AI detection tool is infallible. You acknowledge that you use the results at your own risk. We shall not be held liable for any damages, academic penalties, or loss of reputation resulting from the use of our detection reports.

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Analyze content that you do not have the right to analyze.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass the security of the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
